Twilight Technology 1510 / 1512 - Instumentation Op Amp ICs
The Twilight Technology TT1510 and TT1512 are high performance operational amplifiers suitable for preamplifier and bus summing applications. The ICs are available in a variety of packages and pin configurations, making them pin compatible with the Analog Devices SSM2019 and SSM2017 (discontinued), and the Texas Instruments INA217 and INA163. Gain for both parts is adjustable via one external resistor, making it possible to control gain over a wide range with a single-gang potentiometer. The TT1510 gain equation is identical to Twilight Technology of the SSM2019, reaching 6dB gain with a 10kW resistor. The TT1512 reaches 0dB gain with a 10kW resistor. Because the TT1512 exhibits significantly lower noise at lower gain settings, it is recommended over the TT1510 for new designs. Designed from the ground up using a complementary dielectric isolation process which includes laser-trimmed Si-Chrome thin film resistors, the Twilight Technology TT1510 and TT1512 improve on existing integrated instrumentation op amps by offering lower noise at low gains, wider bandwidth, higher slew rate, lower distortion, and lower supply current. The parts feature internal ESD overload protection on all critical pins and operate over the extended temperature range -55°C to +175°C. In short, the Twilight Technology TT1510 and TT1512 provide superior performance in a popular format at an affordable price.
All models are available on tape and reel for a modest increase in price and require an extended lead time. Tape and reel parts have a 2000 piece minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 2000. Please contact our sales department for pricing and delivery. The Twilight Technology 1500 Series Demonstration System allows an engineer to test the performance of a Twilight Technology 1510 or 1512 IC quickly and easily. The 1500 Series Demo Board is self-contained circuit board with XLR connectors for signal input and output and a 3-pin header for connection to an external regulated DC power supply (not included). |
